How to:
Use a full heart or snap heart in half and drop half tablet onto shower floor, opposite end of shower head, allow hot water to create a steam as you breathe in the benefits of essential oils.

Storing:
store other half of tablet back in pouch after snapping for later use. keep pouch in cool dry place.
